Discovery & Brief
We begin with site analysis, regulatory research, and stakeholder interviews to establish a clear project brief. Budget parameters, programme requirements, and sustainability goals are documented before any design work begins.
Design Process
Great architecture is the product of disciplined process and open dialogue. Our five-phase methodology ensures clarity at every stage — for clients, consultants, and contractors alike.
We believe the design process should be as carefully considered as the building itself. Each phase has defined deliverables, review points, and opportunities for refinement.
We begin with site analysis, regulatory research, and stakeholder interviews to establish a clear project brief. Budget parameters, programme requirements, and sustainability goals are documented before any design work begins.
Multiple design directions are explored through sketches, physical models, and digital visualisations. We present two to three distinct concepts with material palettes and spatial diagrams for client review.
The selected concept is developed to meet Israeli building codes and municipal requirements. We manage the full planning submission process with local authorities and coordinate consultant input.
Construction drawings, specifications, and interior detail packages are prepared to tender standard. Material samples, mock-ups, and FF&E selections are finalised during this phase.
Our team remains engaged through construction — conducting site visits, reviewing shop drawings, and resolving field conditions to protect design intent through to handover.
Our interior practice operates as an integrated discipline within the studio — not an afterthought. Lighting design, custom joinery, and furniture specification are developed in parallel with the architectural shell.
We work with Israeli artisans and international manufacturers to source materials that perform in the Mediterranean climate while meeting the highest standards of craft and durability.
